To ensure the swift and accurate processing of your application, the following documentation must be provided:

 

• Completely fill out and sign the application and rental qualifications for each adult occupant over the age of 18.

• All applications must be submitted with a $50.00 application fee (non-refundable) in the form of a cashier’s check, money order, or cash.  If you wish to pay the application fee by credit card (additional fees apply), please contact our office for further information.

• Two forms of valid identification must be a photo I.D. (acceptable I.D. includes driver’s license, passport, and government-issued I.D.) and social security card for each adult occupant.

• Copies of the last three (3) months of paycheck stubs or some type of documentation for all income represented on the application. Please note that we may request additional information and/or documentation in order to verify and complete your application.
